Bedrock Learning is an innovative online vocabulary and reading curriculum for school students. The need for our programme is great; over 120,000 students (and rising!) now progress on our platform in schools and homes around the world.

We are on a mission to narrow the vocabulary gap and revolutionise the way students engage with reading and vocabulary learning.
There is a direct link between a pupil’s vocabulary size and their academic progress. Vocabulary gaps widen as students progress through school. The gaps often begin very early on in a child’s life and they are compounded by a lack of reading.
Researchers, academics, teachers and politicians are now in agreement – we must do more to ensure that we do not allow social disadvantage to become educational disadvantage. Vocabulary is the great leveller.

So, what will you be responsible for?
♦Carrying out and innovating upon the marketing strategy
♦Implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns
♦Producing a range of digital content
♦Monitoring and reacting to all marketing data and insights on a regular basis
♦Meeting or exceeding monthly inbound targets
♦Managing the customer’s digital journey towards product demonstration and beyond
♦Ensuring lead generation is optimised: increasing rankings and maximising traffic

♦Exemplary communication skills: written and verbal

♦Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Tag Manager, Google Analytics, social media advertising, CRO and technical SEO
♦Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms
♦Proven ability to meet targets
♦Self-motivated and engaged in your work
♦BA in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism or other related qualification
♦3 years experience in marketing role
♦Portfolio of marketing campaigns and/or examples of digital work
